Playing Favorites
So I'm not sure how many of you have read that section I wrote about the filtration process I use at Crazy Uncle George's A to Z of Hotties, and one of the things I tell you there is that I delete a shitload of pictures I save of girls in bikinis, lingerie, or whatever else because they're just not as good as the others I have, and I want to show only the best and risk not having a picture you want, rather than giving you everything and therefore guaranteeing all the pictures you want that I have but making you wade through a lot of crappy pictures to find them. But what I don't mention in that section is that some of the sections are artificially low, i.e. I keep more pictures for my private collection than I put on the website to keep from overloading the site. The case in point would be Jules Asner, of whom I used to have 200-300 shots in bikinis or similarly revealing clothing on my computer. I cut the amount in my private collection to a lean 125, but I chopped off the end of even this filtered mix, putting only 40 on the site. I used to do this a lot more at the start, like with the first girl to make it onto the site, Summer Altice. Summer's such a hottie, and I have 21 pictures of her in my private collection but just 9 on the page.
You might notice I have some favorite numbers. I like to stop a girl at 9 if I can, and for the girls I just put in to beef up a certain letter, I'll always stop them at 5. And even for the girls I like, I stop them at 40, like with Jules Asner and Jennifer Garner. Well, I did stop them at 40.
Somehow I always managed to keep extending the limit. I originally set it at 20 when I put up my Kate Beckinsale section because I had 20 pictures of her that I thought were good enough, and Kate's easily my favorite so I didn't think anyone deserved to have more pictures up than her. Well, I soon started to discover that a lot of the other girls had many more hot shots taken of them, so I think the first I broke the limit with was Stacy Keibler, with 25 (there are more in my private collection). Well, the limit of 40 held, and I'm going to keep it at that.
Well, except that as soon as I came back from my trip to see Dick, I went on a mission to find new hot Kate Beckinsale pictures, and I got a ton. I'm so used to when she wasn't very famous at all in the U.S. and you really couldn't find anything but some pictures of her from old, British movies (although yes, the nude shots from her short hair phase were everywhere back then, too). Well now it seems that there are a million paparazzi devoted to capturing her in a bikini with whoever that lucky bastard is in all the photos. So I got a million Kate Beckinsale pictures, and decided to put 55 up because the first 55 seemed better than the rest of the collection (I haven't even finished organizing all the others) and I wanted her to have the most shots up again. I'm going to stick to 40 as the limit for everyone else, but Kate gets 55 because she deserves special treatment. For instance, I put in two similar photos of her in a bikini from the Diet Coke commercials because the normal rules of filtration don't apply to her.
Anyway, I've just been downloading new pictures all week, not just of Kate, so that's why you haven't seen anything go up on this page since before I left to visit Dick. Although I hear Duffman's been putting up a lot of new stuff on The Beerquarium, so maybe that'll make up for it.
Expect an update to the Natalie Portman section next. I just saw Garden State for the first time today, and there's a scene where she's either in a bikini or her underwear in a pool, so I just had to find some of those shots. Also, I've had the DVD of Closer for a while now, but I just watched it tonight because I was thinking about Natalie Portman. The least believable part of the movie, though, was that these guys would ever pick Julia Roberts over Natalie Portman. Natalie Portman's several leagues above Julia Roberts. Anyway, I'd gotten those screen captures of her as a stripper before, but I didn't realize just how long that stripper scene with Clive Owen was. It takes up two chapters on the scene selection. Anyway, there's also a part in the movie where she's in the strip club again in her underwear, looking even hotter in a long, blond wig, and I've found some shots of that which I'll put up (along with new ones of her purple hair strip scene) as soon as I finish picking up shots of Natalie and sorting them out. After that, expect the three Jessicas (you know who I mean) and then assorted updates and additions. You'll have to wait to find out most of them, but since I just finished Closer, I should note that some hot little bikini pictures of Jude Law's gorgeous ex-fiancee Sienna Miller will be going up eventually...
