Comments: Britney wasn't at her complete sexuality yet, so it drew a lot of attention when she stripped at the MTV VMAs between a short intro from her cover of The Rolling Stones' "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction" (on this album) and a full length version of "Oops!...I Did It Again" to to a costume that was essentially a sequined bra and panties with see-thru pants atop it.
