Comments: This sci-fi action show, based on the movie, went a whole 10 seasons strong. Starting on Showtime and later showing on The Sci-Fi Channel, that streak should be the longest for any sci-fi TV show in history. Amanda was one of the ship's key members for the entire run.

Comments: Amanda guest-starred occasionally, but is being brought in as a full-fledged cast member for season 4. I think they wanted some sort of spinoff quality by transplanting a character from SG-1 after it went off TV.
