Zone Interdite, Rough English Translation: Restricted Area Seen It? No Comments: Melissa heads up this French news magazine show on Métropole Télévision 6 (rough translation: City Television 6), a.k.a. M6. |

Match TV News, Rough English Translation: N/A Seen It? No Comments: Melissa spent a reasonably long time here before moving onto M6. You'll have to forgive me for not putting a makeshift name up instead of something official, but even though I speak French (and just hide it as part of my stupidity act that I use to get elected), it's a bit of a pain in the ass. They don't tend to write out the technical names of things like network news programs because they don't have the same obsession with detail as the American nerd community, which feels like telling you more than you ever wanted to know about Star Trek, The Simpsons, and Playboy history. |

LCI News, Rough English Translation: N/A Seen It? No Comments: Once again, I fail to give you the program's name and just manage to get the network's, because I can't find the program's name. LCI stands for La Chaîne Info (rough translation: The Information Channel). And as much as you guys would be screwed if I had to leave everything to automatic translators, which botch all the real language because they don't know the nuances, I still don't live in France and have no intention of learning about its culture (because really, the only good things they've ever given us are Melissa, Laetitia Casta, and some big metal chick in New York). So I usually can't tell you any more about these things than can be guessed from the names, but it seems that LCI is a bit stuffy as the news channels go, choosing to do a lot of studio work like panel show debates instead of doing a lot of field work like having Geraldo draw in the sand in his sad ratings attempts, before opening empty vaults. |

Deux, Trois Jours Avec Moi, Rough English Translation: Two or Three Days with Me Seen It? No Comments: I have no idea what this show is about, but I think I'd rather spend two to three nights with Melissa. |

LCI Matin, Rough English Translation: LCI Morning Seen It? No Comments: I already explained what LCI is earlier, in case you're asking that. This is the channel's morning show, so there's another Katie Couric similarity beyond the hotness. |
